Away Accommodation:
York Street is a decent enough venue, but one which is not without its perils for the travelling supporter. In  season 2014/15 we were housed under the roof of the large terrace, which apart from the guano deposited by winged beast or beasts, was a decent place from which to watch a game of football.

Where we were 2014/15

Last season  the terrace had clearly received a clean up, however… it now housed the local `ultras’ and we were deposited in the far corner at the opposite end, where we had been housed 2 seasons previously. It was a dump then…
Abandon hope....all who.......

......and was again this time around…and even had some guano, presumably to remind us of 2014/15....

 – for sure the wing beasts territory ranges wide, but I find myself doubting that it also includes the main stand!

Sustenance!

Just one small outlet squeezed around a floodlight pylon base took the place of the previous season’s impressive menu which, would no doubt be delighting the `ultras’ that day.

To be fair though….. small…if not exactly beautiful, was in fact fairly adequate, and most people I spoke to were reasonably satisfied with the grub. My hot dog, the meat of which poked precociously from either end of a decent bun, was pretty good, and I actually finished the coffee, so fair do’s!

Programme.

For  £3,you got 60 odd pages, which were attractively produced and full of the usual programme stuff. An above average product!
