Continue over the next roundabout into Waterlode and straight on at the set of traffic lights.
The ground is on the right at the next set of traffic lights.

What to Expect.

The Weaver is a decent venue if one that might just be challenged a touch should both sets of supporters decide that this is a game not to miss.
A  small modern  stand at the car park side  usually accommodates both  sets of fans, but  we will see what Tuesday brings in this respect.

The stand offers a good view .
The opposite side of the pitch offers a covered terrace , of fairly recent construction. Again not a great size but there is some cover should you be lucky if the weather turns ruff.

"What about Ale?" , I hear you bellow....and I respond  thus....

First off we have the Black Lion ( 0.3m away)...

Also The Talbot, which is 0.4 m away....

I could have mentioned  Wilbrahams, or Oddfellows, both 0.3m away on Welsh Row, but there wasn't a neat pic to show you, but do not be put off by that!

Oh.... not forgetting Sustenance.....

My recollection is of  perfectly adequate  provision at the Weaver, so no probs there !

Hope you find this useful.

See you all on Tuesday !

Ian Brown
