The EON Visual Media Stadium, as you might be tempted to name this venue, is tucked away in the back streets of Ferriby , adjacent to a railway line , and within sight of the Humber Bridge.
There was no segregation last season, thus both sets of fans could happily abuse the officials, and occasionally the opposition, in plain ear shot of each other, without there being the slightest hint of inter club rancour. The stewarding was low key to none existent, which is just about how it should be!

Sustenance!

There were pies ( steak....steak....or steak), pasties, burgers , chip butties and the usual array of sub gourmet classics.

Not a bad facility really, but some work needed on the pastry( see above) which is a tad too challenging, but popular I hear with Dentists!

My pre-match was enlivened by watching one of the Brothers Lee endeavouring to penetrate the crust of his pie that lay midst a sea of green on a polystyrene plate. Oh ....how the sweat gathered on his brow as the plastic fork hit the crust and made no impression. I left him to it bumping into Harrogate Hatter who was chomping on a chip butty!

Harrogate Hatter & that chip butty !
He looked to be enjoying it but disavowed me with the alarmingly sad news that the chips were soggy! I opted for a pasty.....made it through the pastry( eventually) but wished that I hadn`t  as the filling had about as much flavour as I am guessing the carton would have had , had I been so inclined!

There was easy access to the Club House bar though for those so inclined, so overall I would happily visit this spot again.

The welcoming Club House Bar.
